blthanih (بالثانية) is a Riyadh-based salon and spa management platform, founded in 2022, that runs a salon’s day-to-day work in one system: bookings, staff, services, products, offers, customer loyalty, financial transactions and reports.

As a React Native developer at blthanih, I built its two mobile apps in TypeScript, both launched on the App Store.

The client app brings Saudi Arabia’s leading salons into one place. Customers search for the nearest, best-rated or best-priced salon, also on a map and by category (men, women, pets), open salon profiles, book a service with their preferred staff member and time, pay securely, then rate the service. They catch exclusive time-limited offers, shop beauty products in an in-app store with a bag and checkout, collect visit points and loyalty gifts, save favourite salons, chat, and get notifications, in Arabic or English.

The employee app is a salon HR app for owners, managers and staff: employee scheduling and today’s bookings, attendance and departure tracking, performance evaluation, payroll and salary follow-up, holiday and loan requests, absences, deductions, offences, custody, circulars, an employee database and a communication hub.
